This newly built cottage, also in the heart of Volcano Village, is owned and built by a local architect and his wife. The two bedroom, (queen beds) two bath cottage backs up to the national park reserve. There is a nicely furnished kitchen and outside lanai overlooking the forest.

The vaulted living room is furnished with vintage 40's style rattan. The cottage can be booked using only one bedroom and bath or both bedrooms and baths can be booked for two couples or families. There is no TV at this property.

No breakfast is provided for off-site vacation rentals.

Rate $179. per night for two or more nights.

$25 for each additional guest

General Information

• A two night minimum booking may be required for certain holidays and other peak periods.
• All rates double occupancy. Each additional person, including children, is $25. per night.
• Continental breakfast included. No breakfast is provided for off-site vacation rentals.
• The entire estate may be leased for corporate retreats, workshops or weddings.
• Hawaii general excise tax is an additional 11.416%
• One night reservations require full payment in advance.
• Reservations two or more nights require a 50% deposit.
• Multiple unit bookings may require additional deposit and change in our cancellation policy.
• Deposits taken on multiple night reservations cancelled before 30 days of arrival will be refunded 75% of the room rate deposit minus any taxes collected.
• No refunds, credits or rescheduling will be offered for one night bookings.
  
• Deposits on reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be forfeited.
• Refunds will not be made for reservations cancelled during special holidays, Thanksgiving (Nov. 15-30) and Christmas (Dec. 15 - Jan. 3).
• Accepted payment: personal check, traveler's check or cash. Visa or MasterCard + 3%.
• For a one night booking we reserve the right to move guests to a unit of equal or greater value.
• All rooms are nonsmoking.
• Check in between 2-4 p.m. Check out by 11 a.m.
• Rates subject to change.
